We currently only ship within Australia, with the view to ship worldwide in the future.
All your orders are prepared and shipped from our Brisbane, QLD Australia office via Australia Post. Our standard items will be posted within 4 business days. Personalised items may take up to 7 business days to be prepared and posted.
Postage will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times will depend on your location, for estimated delivery times please refer to Australia Post - Domestic delivery times - Australia Post (auspost.com.au)
LOSS OR DAMAGE OF GOODS
Once your order has been dispatched from our office, Individuality Clothing Co takes no responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.

Sorry we do not accept returns for simple change of mind or on any personalised items.

Damaged/Faulty Item?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you believe you have received a damaged/faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS POLICY
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving item
- Item must be in its original new (unworn/unwashed) condition with tags attached
- Shipping charges are non refundable
- Shipping charges on items returned to us are the customers responsibility and we take no responsibility if the item is lost in transit (Unless item is deemed damaged/faulty)
- Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect item and then notify you via email of your refund
